"From Out of the Land and Sea"
David Springer
Come to an exhibition of David Springer's Metal Sculptures. "From Out of the Land and Sea". Opening Reception will be August 31st, 4 to 7PM, David has held a fascination with whales, sea life and animals in general. He started out doing drawings of whales and got inspired by watching artists create metal sculptures of the creatures that he found fascinating. That got David motivated to create his drawings into three dimensional metal sculptures of his own. Great pride and satisfaction was achieved in changing a piece of metal into something that people enjoyed. But he is ultimately rewarded by bringing his artwork to its finished state. Come and meet David, see his metal sculptures, talk with him, and feel the passion he has for his craft. Stay to share in conversation, appetizers and libations.This show runs till September 14th. Gallery hours are Mon 10am - 5pm, Wed 12-5pm, Thurs - Sun 10-5pm.
